Welcome to Helprix! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Helprix, Helprix Partner mobile application and website https://www.helprix.com/ (“Platform”), which are operated by Healure Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Overview of Services

Helprix provides a digital platform that connects users with independently operating service professionals (“Partners”) offering domestic help services including, but not limited to:

  • House cleaning
  • Dishwashing
  • Laundry
  • Bathroom & kitchen cleaning
  • Balcony and window cleaning
  • Other household services as listed on the Platform

Helprix does not itself provide these services but acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate discovery, booking, and payment.

User Eligibility and Account

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You may be required to register an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for activity on your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion.

Booking and Payments

You may request services through the Platform by selecting a time slot and service category. Bookings are subject to availability of Partners. Upon confirmation, you will receive details via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.

Fees for services may include:

  • Partners service fee (paid to the service provider)
  • Platform facilitation fee
  • Convenience or surge fee (if applicable)
  • Applicable taxes

Payment methods include digital options such as UPI, net banking, and cards. Cash may be accepted in specific cases.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking 3 hours before the booking time slot. A cancellation fee may apply based on our cancellation policy.

Helprix reserves the right to cancel bookings due to Partners unavailability, user inaccessibility, or for safety/security concerns.

Refunds, if applicable, are issued based on our internal refund policy and applicable laws.

Your Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Treat Partners respectfully and provide a safe, hygienic working environment.
  • Not request services outside the Platform once introduced through Helprix.
  • Accurately represent your needs and provide truthful information on the Platform.

Any misconduct, abuse, or discriminatory behavior toward Partners may result in account suspension or termination.

Privacy and Data

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to receiving transactional, promotional, and operational messages via phone, email, or messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

User Content

You may post reviews or feedback about Partners or services. By doing so, you grant Helprix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such content.

Disclaimers

  • Helprix is a facilitator and not the employer or agent of any Partners.
  • We do not guarantee service quality or availability at all times.
  • We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed ₹500. We are not responsible for damages arising from services delivered by third-party Partners.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion, especially in case of breach of Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Changes to Terms
