We at Healure Technology Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively, "Healure", "we", "us", or "our") have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection when you access, use, or otherwise interact with our website available at https://www.helprix.com/ or mobile application ‘Helprix’ (collectively, "Platform") or avail products or services that Healure offers you on or through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By visiting our Website and/or using our Services on the Platform, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Use.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Throughout this document, we may use certain words or phrases, and it is important that you understand the meaning of them. The following is a non-exhaustive list of definitions of words and phrases found in this document:

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Platform(s) refers to our website,including www.healure.com & www.helprix.com; mobile and web applications made available to you through Apple iTunes, Google Play, the Apple TV App Store, the Android Marketplace, and the world wide web, including the Helprix App and the Helprix Partner App;

• Healure refers to our company, known as “Healure Technology Pvt Ltd.”; our Platform(s); our Service; or a combination of all or some of the preceding definitions, depending on the context in which the word is used;

• Privacy Policy refers to this Privacy Policy;
• Service refers to the product and services that we provide, through our Platforms and referring you to third parties service you may be interested in;
• Site refers to any website controlled by us where this privacy policy appears, including www.healure.com & www.helprix.com;
• User refers to users of our Apps and visitors to our Site;
• You refers to you, the person who is governed by this Privacy Policy.

A. Information We Collect

Our Services collects information you provide when you create or modify your account, request premium services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. We collect two kinds of information about you: (a) information that you provide that personally identifies you like name, age, email, phone number etc; and (b) information that does not personally identify you that is it does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons when you visit our Services or that you provide us.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Information

When you sign up to become a Registered User or Partner, enter any promotion, contest, or sweepstakes, or sign up for our newsletter or other publications, you will be required to provide us with personal information about yourself. This information may include, but not limited to, name, email, phone number, postal address, password, profile picture, payment method, items requested, time availability, time zone, emergency contact and phone number. If you elect to sign in to the Platform using Facebook Connect or Gmail Connect or Apple Id, you are authorizing Healure to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you agreed that Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) or Google, Inc. (“Google”) or Apple, Inc (“Apple”), could provide to Healure through Facebook’s, Gmail’s or Apple’s Application Programming Interface (“API”). Such information may include, without limitation, your first and last name, Facebook or Gmail or Apple username, Facebook or Gmail or Apple profile picture, unique Facebook or Gmail or Apple identifier and access token, and e-mail address. Facebook Connect and Gmail Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on the Platform to your profile page to share with others within your network or opt out of information you do not wish to share. All information collected pursuant to this section is collectively referred to as “Personal Information.”

Billing Information

When Registered Users wish to purchase a product or service on the Platform, they will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information noted above. Such information may include a debit card number, credit card number, expiration date, bank account information, billing address, activation codes, and similar information. Such information is collectively called the “Billing Information.” Such Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of its privacy policy, and we do not obtain access to any Billing Information in connection with these transactions.

Non-Personal Information:

Non-personal information can include certain personally identifiable information that has been de-identified; that is, information that has been rendered anonymous. We obtain non-personal information about you from information that you provide us, either separately or together with your personally identifiable information. We also automatically collect certain non-personal information from you when you access our Services. This information can include, among other things, the hardware model, IP addresses, the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.), software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, mobile network information, the third party website from which your visit originated, the operating system you are using (e.g., Vista, Windows XP, Mac OS, etc.), the domain name of your Internet service provider, the search terms you use on our Services, the specific web pages you visit, and the duration of your visits.

Geolocational Information

Certain features and functionalities of the Services are based on your location. In order to provide these features and functionalities after you sign in to the Platform, we may automatically collect geolocational information from your mobile device or wireless carrier and/or certain third-party service providers. Such information is collectively called the “Geolocational Information.” Collection of such Geolocational Information occurs only when the Services are running on your mobile device.

Other Information

We may collect additional information (collectively, the “Other Information”). Such Other Information may include:

• From You. Additional information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us, such as product and service preferences; your gender, other demographic and physical details; and other information that does not identify you personally.
• Transaction Information:We collect transaction details related to your use of our Services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, rating given, Helprix partner name and time served, and other related transaction details. Additionally, if someone uses your promo code, we may associate your name with that person.
• From Cookies.Information we collect using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive so that your computer will “remember” information about your visit. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to help us collect Other Information and to enhance your experience using the Platform. If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Please consult your Internet browser’s documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, the Platform may not function properly.
• From Other Sources.Information that we collect or receive from payment provider (e.g., PayPal/ Razorpay), social media service (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), and/or other third-party sites/ apps (that uses our API or whose API we use), on which you have used the Services in accordance with their terms of use and privacy policies.

We may use and disclose your information as required by law.

B. The Information Collected by or Through Third-Party Advertising Companies

We may share Other Information about your activity while using the Platform with third parties for the purpose of tailoring, analyzing, managing, reporting, and optimizing advertising you see on the Platform and elsewhere. These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), and/or other technologies to collect such Other Information for such purposes. Pixel tags enable us, and these third-party advertisers, to recognize a browser’s cookie when a browser visits the site/app on which the pixel tag is located in order to learn which advertisement brings a user to a given site. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any Personal Data relating to members of the Service or Site or App. Healure bears no responsibility for the information lawfully collected or used by any advertiser or third party website or app. Please review the privacy policy and terms of service for each site or app you visit through third party links.

C. How We Use the Information

We use the Personal Information, the Billing Information, the Non-Personal Information, the Geolocational Information, and the Other Information (collectively, the “Information”) to provide and improve the Platform and the Services, for example, to process transactions, send receipts, provide products and services you request (and send related information), develop new features, improve existing features, develop safety features, provide customer support to Users and our Partners, authenticate users, and send administrative messages; solicit your feedback, administer our rewards, contests, and promotional programs, and inform you about our products and services and those of our third-party marketing partners and sponsors; Perform internal operations, including, for example, to prevent fraud and abuse of our Services; to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends;Send or facilitate communications (i) between you and a Helprix Partner, such as number of services taken, or (ii) between you and a contact of yours at your direction in connection with your use of certain features, such as referrals, invites, split charge requests;

If you created a profile or otherwise registered with us, you will have been asked to check a tick box indicating your agreement to provide this data in order to access our services, purchase our products, or view our content. This consent provides us with the legal basis we require under applicable law to process your data. You maintain the right to withdraw such consent at any time. If you do not agree to our use of your Personal Data in line with this policy, please do not use Healure Properties.

We do not use your Personal Data for the purposes of automated decision-making. However, we may do so in order to fulfil obligations imposed by law, in which case we will inform you of any such processing and provide you with an opportunity to object.

User Testimonials and Feedback.

We often receive testimonials and comments from users who have had positive experiences with our Services. We occasionally publish such content. When we publish this content, we may identify our users by their first and last name and may also indicate their home city. We obtain the user’s consent prior to posting his or her name along with the testimonial. We may post user feedback on the Site from time to time. We will share your feedback with your first name and last initial only. If we choose to post your first and last name along with your feedback, we will obtain your consent prior to posting your name with your feedback. If you make any comments on a blog or forum associated with our Platforms, you should be aware that any Personal Data you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these blogs and forums.

D. How We Share the Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances or as described in this Privacy Policy:

• With Helprix Partners to enable them to provide the Services you request. For example, we share your name, address, available time etc. with the Helprix Partners.
• With other Registered Users in your personal network whom you designate as having the right to view such information
• In order to provide the Services and administer our rewards and promotional programs, we may share your Personal Information and Other Information with our third-party promotional and marketing partners and sponsors, including, without limitation, business participating in our various programs.
• Unless otherwise marked “private” through the functionality of the Platform, any data and/or content that you post to the Platform (e.g. blog comments etc.) will be publicly viewable on the Platform and shareable by other users. Likewise, anything that you post to a social account (e.g., Facebook or Twitter) via the Platform will be viewable and accessible on those social accounts as if you had posted it on the social account directly.
• In an ongoing effort to better understand our users and our Platform and Services, we might analyze the Other Information in aggregate form in order to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Services and/or Platform. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our products, Platform, and Services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
• We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include providing marketing assistance, information technology support, and customer service. These other companies will have access to the Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.
• With your permission, third-party applications or services may access your Personal Information. We use standard OAuth (open authorization) to enable you to give permission to share your Personal Information with other websites and services, such as Facebook and Twitter (e.g., when you agree to a pop-up requesting you to allow another application to access your account information). We also use OAuth to allow us to share information about you that is stored by us without sharing your security credentials.
• We may share some or all of your Information with any of our parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us.
• As we develop our businesses, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, dissolution, or similar event, the Information may be part of the transferred assets.

E. Changing or Deleting Your Personal Data

You may change any of your Personal Data in your Account by editing your profile within your Account or by sending an e-mail to us at the e-mail address set forth below. You may request deletion of your Personal Data by us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, but please note that we may be required to keep such information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete any information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives. We may also retain your information for fraud prevention or similar purposes.

F. How We Protect Your Information

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. In particular, e-mail sent to or from the Platform may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.

G. Accessing And Updating Your Information

You may contact us as at support@helprix.com if: (a) you have questions or comments about our Privacy Policy; (b) wish to make corrections to any personally identifiable information you have provided; (c) want to opt-out from receiving future commercial correspondence, including emails, from us or our Affiliated Companies; or (d) wish to withdraw your consent to sharing your personally identifiable information with others. We will respond to your request and, if applicable and appropriate, make the requested change in our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill certain requests while allowing you access to certain benefits and features of our Services.

F. Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored in countries other than the country you are based in. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the country who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology and handled by a third party application. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential, We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

G. Miscellaneous

Wireless Marketing Services

We may provide you with the opportunity to register for special promotions, services, and information delivered via text messaging and other wireless devices such as mobile phones and, if we do so, users are required to provide their consent to receive such information, either by registering on the Services or via their wireless device. Such services and promotional opportunities may be provided by us, our Affiliated Companies, and/or other third parties. The information requested as part of the online registration process may include your telephone number or a wireless email address, but only if specifically requested, and the carrier’s name. Additional information may be requested for specific promotions. Depending on the promotion, we may also collect an email address or other contact information, and you may also be required to confirm your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you register for wireless marketing services, you understand and agree that you will be charged by your wireless carrier for all messages sent to you. Standard messaging rates will apply, unless noted otherwise. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any wireless email or text messaging charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to a your wireless device, telephone number, or email address. You may cancel one or more services via your wireless device at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided at the time the message is sent, or by sending a text message that says “UNSUBSCRIBE.” We will then terminate your registration for the most recent wireless service sent to you. If you unsubscribe, the service(s) will be terminated immediately and will cancel your previous opt-in. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion and without liability to any user, terminate the offer of any specific wireless marketing service or all wireless marketing services at any time without advance notice. We may provide notice of terminations or changes in services on the Services.

Children

The features, programs, promotions and other aspects of our Services requiring the submission of personally identifiable information are not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at support@helprix.com. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 may review and request deletion of such child’s personally identifiable information as well as prohibit the\\ use thereof.

External Websites

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Healure has no control over the privacy practices or the content of any of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors, or other websites to which we provide links. As such, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those third-party websites. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other websites.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change/alter/amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. By accessing the Platform and/or using the Services after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Please be aware that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, our use of the Information is governed by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time we collect the information. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy on a regular basis.
